Ships of Tarshish Continuing The Ink Drawing – Here is an update on my ‘Ships of Tarshish’ pen and ink drawing depicting a scene from the Book of Ezekiel, Ch.27. The border has been completed and the ink drawing for the inside of the artwork had just begin a few posts ago. Here is an update on the progress documented with photos. I do this so people won’t accuse me of creating these drawings with a computer. My artwork is always drawn by hand.
In the above photo, I am drawing horizontal lines for the sky. In this photo I am using my brand new Koh-I-Noor No. 127 ‘Made In Germany’ nib holder with a Hunt 513EF nib. This is significant only because I was given a Koh-I-Noor No. 127 nib holder back in 1980 and still use it occasionally but it was time for a new one.

In the above photo you can see the old Koh-I-Noor No. 127 from 1980 next to the new one from 2013.
And here is the drawing so far. Hopefully I can finish this in a few days and make prints of it available on Fine Art America.
